Hire Direct is offering once in a life time opportunity to work with a client, VC backed AI-powered startup is looking for an ambitious sales and business development representative for North America to help us grow commercially and expand in the region. Fully remote ✌ 💻

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in online sales of tech / SaaS products and a proven record of negotiating and closing deals.

Main responsibilities
  • Understand our AI-powered platform and be able to articulate to potential clients its value and unique selling proposition
  • Identify potential leads, prospects and strategic partners according to the defined business profiles and target segments
  • Cold outreach to secure sales meetings and to build rapport with potential partners
  • Manage and keep track of the sales process for each qualified prospect
  • Acquire B2B clients and meet monthly KPIs
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help the company achieve its OKRs
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative sales and business development KPIs
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless post-sale handover
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales strategies and funnels
  • Be able to demo / showcase the product to potential customers and partners
  • Availability for at least 2 weekly sync meetings of up to 1h and email availability during the week
Profile
  • At least 2 years of sales and business development experience for a tech / SaaS product, preferably in digital health and fitness or in a related industry
  • Be efficient, assertive, and have quick decision-making capability
  • Positive attitude and great organizational skills, willingness to collaborate and cooperate with the business, marketing and custom success team in a remote environment
  • Self-disciplined to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • True passion for the health and fitness industry and an active lifestyle empowered by technology
  • Tech savvy, be able to identify strengths and weaknesses of our platform and the related business model, suggest improvements
  • Highly desirable: strong network of existing business contacts in the health and fitness industry or a related industry
