Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid
Starts: Mid November
Duration: 40 hours per week, 12 – 14 months
Status: Freelance to Full-Time (likely converting in 2024)
Rate: $25+ per hour, depending on experience
Our client, a global insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a long-term freelance role, with the intent to convert to full-time.
While freelancing remote work is fine (onsite occasionally in their NYC or NJ office is preferred) and if/when converted to full-time, the expectation is onsite 3 days per week and work from home 2 days a week (either office location is fine for onsite).
Agency producer or account management experience would be helpful since their global team operates like a startup. The main requirements are an interest in marketing, professional curiosity, competency and the willingness to learn!
Duties
-Help move projects along the team will get the coordinator up to speed on ad specs etc.
-Assist with a multiple of global ad campaign launches (Australia, Mexico, etc.)
-Get involved in marketing projects and learn the various operations of each project tribe and regional team squad
-Understand and get involved in the creative development processes, website, campaign deployment, etc.
-Assist with light marketing admin. duties (scheduling large marketing team meetings, agency communications, processing marketing invoices, vendor management, etc.)

This is a long-term, fully remote Marketing Coordinator opportunity with the potential to go full-time in a marketing role (without the admin. duties) working on projects wherever the Coordinator’s skills and passions fit (SEO, website redesigns, campaign management, marketing technology, communications etc.).
