Job Description:

HIREDIRECT is seeking a certified Data Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities include developing analysis and reporting capabilities and conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. You will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

What you get to do every day: Using visualization, metrics, reports and analysis, data reporting analysts take raw data and present it to the team or management to help them make data-driven decisions for the company

– Analyze data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout

– Own the maintenance of databases and perform updates as necessary for accuracy

– Identify changes in financial and business trends by monitoring data

– Accurately examine and gather data for various types of business reports

– Help other departments reach their goals by providing analysis

– Create data recording systems and business analysis for the department to use

– Assemble business reports that provide insight into key data points

– Communicate data analysis findings to managers in written and verbal form

Requirements:

• MS Excel – pivot tables, v looks ups
• SQL scripting
• QlikView is their reporting tool, any data reporting/BI tool experience is sufficient
• PowerPoint
• SAP experience
