Job Description:
Temporary Position (4 months)
Either Full-Time / 40 hours per week or Part-Time / 20 hours per week
RMA Technician (Production Team – New Providence, New Jersey)
A short walk from the Murray Hill stop on NJ Transit
This position shall be responsible for the disassembly, assembly and upgrading of RTU lid units. As an integral member of the production team, the RMA Technician shall support and meet all safety and quality goals of the company.
About the Role:
Disassemble incoming RMA units
Complete inspection on RMA units
Repair units as required
Install proper firmware to circuit boards
Ensure all units are communicating with the network
Complete all paperwork and input required information into Epicor
Complete other activities as assigned
About You:
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good understanding of electronics and telecommunications a plus
Excellent understanding of computer programs including MSOffice (ERP systems & ZOC are a plus)
Ability to multi-task and handle competing responsibilities
Understands sense of urgency and can meet deadlines while adhering to quality standards
Are 18 years of age or older
Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction
