HireDirect is partnering with a growing client to hire a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR leadership and familiarity with HR has it pertains in the warehouse environment. Your responsibilities may include:
  • Organize historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Lead and define exit interviews and procedures.
  • Be in charge of human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Analyze reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs.
  • Take part in interdepartmental meetings with other managers.
  • Enhance the organization’s human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
  • Head up all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.
  • All other duties that prove necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is required.
  • 7+ years in HR role where leadership experience was gained.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired.
  • Broad knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure.
  • Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
