Job Summary

Completes work with a high degree of accuracy The Auditor, Legal Compliance & Regulatory conducts the standardized compliance assessments through various credentialing technology and documents the results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform regular and ad hoc audits on the credentialing requirements to ensure clinician files meet requirements which include AMN requirements, state, federal, client specific requirements, JC and NCQA requirements
  • Utilize applicable credentialing technology and audit tool to complete audits
  • Track audit efforts closely against the agreed scope to ensure timely high quality accurate completion of audits
  • Accurately communicate production status and risk identification to management on a weekly basis
  • Proactively identify & mitigate all risks to achieve target completion dates
  • Provide support to as needed for ad hoc audits (Strike events, EMR projects, State audits, facility audits, etc.)
  • Proactively engage with internal functional teams, and customers as required to ensure successful completion of compliance initiatives
  • Assist with workflow development and/or implementation and other quality related activities
  • Demonstrate metrics driven approach to measuring success of compliance projects with strong analytical background
  • Coordinate the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree | Preferred
Certifications
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) | Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) | Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
  • 2+ years of regulatory research and analysis.
  • 2+ years operational experience in staffing, healthcare, audit, or quality positions.
  • 2+ years experience with compliance, auditing, and/or credentialing

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail
